Our school was so fortunate to be selected to participate in the Teddy Bear Hospital sponsored by Vidant Medical Center. The students wrote stories about how their stuffed animals were hurt and then they took them to the Teddy Bear Hospital which was set up in the multipurpose room. The clinic is designed to help the students feel more comfortable if they have to visit the hospital for some reason. Some of their stuffed animals were in desperate need of being doctored up, but they all came out looking great! A big thanks to the nurses who came out on their day off for this event.
