Dr. Seuss Rotations

This year to honor Dr. Seuss, we decided to have rotations like we have done in the past for Thanksgiving and Christmas.  The students really enjoy going to different teachers and doing fun activities.  I really enjoyed  doing these rotations this year.  I was brave and made Oobleck with 5 classes...what a mess!

In Mrs. Mitchell's room, they read One Fish Two Fish Red Fish Blue Fish and made this craft she found on Pinterest!

In Mrs. Bigg's room, Ms. Baker read Fox in Socks and they colored a picture to match the cover.

In Miss Nelson's room, they made a Cat in the Hat craft - so cute!

In Mrs. Hardy's room, they watched the clip of the Cat in the Hat movie where he was singing Cat in the Hat in different languages.  The kids thought that was pretty neat!

My cuties in their hats they painted!

Fun with Oobleck! (Which by the way is the LONGEST book on earth. I learned after reading it to the 1st class to paraphrase and show the pictures!)
